Senior Cost Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing cost controls for a data center client, the full-time Senior Cost Manager will manage team workloads, reconcile invoices, and develop client relationships, primarily working remotely with occasional travel to Atlanta, GA.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage team workload, including QA/QC, fee proposals, and task management
• Reconcile invoices and change orders with general contractors, subcontractors, and third parties
• Perform value analysis and support senior management with reporting and inquiries

Required qualifications:

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 4 to 5 years of experience in Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying with professional accreditation
• Prior data center construction project experience
• Proficient in cost estimating for construction projects
• Preferred certifications include MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE, or equivalent
