Senior Cost Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager for a full-time hybrid position focused on delivering comprehensive real estate cost solutions for commercial projects, where the candidate will manage costs from concept through closeout, prepare detailed estimates, and ensure budget adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost models for rapid estimating and scenario analysis
• Lead cost planning efforts, including bid reviews and financial risk management throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to align scope, cost, and delivery strategies while providing data-driven recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in cost estimating within workplace construction or related sectors
• Deep understanding of cost estimation, including materials, labor, and specialized systems
• Proficiency with estimating software such as ProEst, Buildertrend, Procore, or Bluebeam
• Estimator certification (e.g., AACE, ASPE) is a plus
