Senior Cost Manager (Electrical)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cost Manager (Electrical).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop budget estimates through accurate quantity take-offs and scope reviews
• Build unit costs and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Evaluate change orders and assist in continuous cost management processes

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• More than 7 years of experience in a related field post-undergraduate degree
• Working towards Professional Certification (MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE, or equivalent) is preferred
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of the construction industry and cost-estimating methods
• Understanding of cost management fundamentals and ability to integrate with other departments
