Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CoStar Techno-Functional Analyst/Configuration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of CoStar Real Estate Manager for enterprise real estate portfolios
Act as a techno-functional bridge between real estate, finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable CoStar solutions
Design and support integrations between CoStar and ERP systems using REST APIs and automated data synchronization

Required Qualifications

Experience with CoStar Real Estate Manager (CREM) and lease administration workflows
Knowledge of IFRS 16 and ASC 842 compliance
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Experience in developing functional and technical documentation
Ability to create dashboards and analytics using tools like Power BI and SQL
