Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and lead high-value technology transactions
• Serve as a strategic legal partner to various teams, balancing risk with business objectives
• Design and implement scalable legal processes and provide actionable guidance on legal and compliance risks

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting commercial transactions
• 3+ years of in-house experience in B2B software, infrastructure, or systems companies
• Proven ability to independently lead complex deal negotiations
• Experience with public sector or government contracting
• Familiarity with data privacy, AI, and emerging technology regulations
