Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Providing practical legal guidance in a fast-paced SaaS environment, the full-time Senior Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, support legal compliance, and collaborate with various business units to protect the company's interests while facilitating growth.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS subscriptions and vendor contracts
• Provide day-to-day legal support to Sales and Customer Success teams throughout the contract lifecycle
• Advise business stakeholders on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters impacting company operations

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, including law firm and/or in-house counsel experience
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Strong understanding of contract law and general corporate legal principles
