Senior Counsel, AI Data Services

Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Senior Counsel, AI Data Services will provide legal guidance on various issues including worker classification and AI governance while collaborating with product managers and engineers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide solution-oriented legal advice from project development to launch
• Collaborate with business partners to manage legal risks related to product and operational initiatives
• Develop practical guidance on complex legal issues including privacy and intellectual property

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of legal experience, preferably in an in-house legal department
• Authorized to practice law in the U.S. state of residence
• Experience with product counseling, particularly in technology or the on-demand economy
• Familiarity with AI/ML development and related legal issues
• Knowledge of worker classification frameworks and privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, GDPR)
