Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Industry Software.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal contact for designated B2B software products
- Advise on product development, data use, privacy, licensing, and commercial contracts
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and analyze legislative changes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant attorney experience, with at least 3 years in an in-house legal department
- JD with active state bar admission in at least one jurisdiction
- Experience with data rights, licensing, privacy, and marketing/advertising laws
- Skilled in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Knowledge of real estate licensing regulations or MLS/real estate industry rules is a plus
