Job Summary

Senior Counsel - Bar Licensed, this full-time remote position involves serving as a key legal advisor, leading complex transactions, and shaping legal strategy across commercial and corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and structure complex, high-value transactions that influence company strategy
• Provide day-to-day legal counseling and support for various business units
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to enterprise risk management and governance

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and Bar Admission required
• 15+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house
• Experience in commercial transactions such as SaaS, licensing, and partnerships
• Experience in at least one additional area: product counseling, employment law, or M&A
• Familiarity with data privacy, HIPAA, and information security regulations
