Key Responsibilities

• Support Commercial teams with strategic alliances and business development activities
• Draft, edit, and negotiate revenue-generating agreements with payor partners
• Collaborate with partnership and business teams to address legal questions and optimize contracts

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• 7+ years of work experience
• Transactional background in a healthcare-related in-house legal department or law firm preferred
• Prior experience in an externally facing capacity
• Experience managing multiple contract negotiations simultaneously
