Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on compliance related to transportation network company regulations and regulations applicable to work with minors
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies tailored to TNC and DOE regulations
- Conduct audits, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide training to promote compliance awareness
Required Qualifications
- JD & 10+ years of direct experience in compliance
- Legal experience in transportation network company or regulations impacting work with minors
- Proven ability to manage internal audit procedures and people
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving regulatory environment
