Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Consumer Financial Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on consumer protection, financial products, and digital advertising regulations
• Support the development and launch of new products and services
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and assist in interpreting relevant legislation

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree with 5+ years of relevant legal experience, including 2 years in an in-house role
• Experience with consumer lending products and regulatory counsel; mortgage lending experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial services regulation and compliance requirements
• Ability to draft and negotiate contracts quickly and accurately
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
