Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Corporate & M&A.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic transaction processes from intake to integrations
• Act as a key point of contact for Legal matters for the Integrations Management Office
• Lead integration project management efforts on behalf of the Legal team

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years corporate and M&A experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• US state bar active member in good standing
• Strong business acumen and ability to distill legal advice into actionable guidance for business partners
• Demonstrated experience with maintaining a single, reliable source of truth for corporate records
