Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on design, implementation, and administration of employee compensation and benefit plans
  • Provide legal guidance on executive and director compensation programs and related governance matters
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies
Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in employee benefits, executive compensation, and ERISA matters
  • In-depth knowledge of ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code
  • Familiarity with securities laws and disclosure requirements related to executive compensation is a plus
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and provide practical legal advice
