Senior Counsel, Enterprise (Licensed)
Job Summary
Supporting a high volume of commercial transactions, the full-time Senior Counsel, Enterprise (Licensed) will draft, review, and negotiate enterprise-focused commercial agreements while collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs and SaaS subscription agreements
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to facilitate deal execution and address contract-related issues
- Contribute to the improvement of contract workflows and maintain standard templates and negotiation guidelines
Required qualifications
- J.D. (or equivalent) from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 6-10 years of relevant in-house experience focused on commercial technology transactions
- Direct experience negotiating SaaS or cloud-based software agreements
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills for non-lawyers
- Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment
