Senior Counsel Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to join their legal team, supporting various legal matters in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements and vendor contracts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal issues and business risks
• Assist with legal support for HR, compliance, marketing programs, and privacy initiatives

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5+ years of legal experience, with a preference for in-house roles in technology or SaaS companies
• Working knowledge of SaaS commercial contracting and core legal issues impacting software businesses
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities effectively
