Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Privacy & Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate privacy by design into products/services and adopt innovative privacy solutions
Provide privacy and data protection guidance to product and engineering teams
Drive AI ethics and trust initiatives, implement an AI governance framework, and track global laws related to AI, data use, and IP

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law
8+ years of legal experience, including in-house experience at a fast-paced technology company
CIPP certification and strong knowledge of global privacy laws and frameworks
Understanding of app data interaction and storage, and strong understanding of SaaS
Excellent communication and project management skills
