Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Product.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full product life-cycle counseling for digital asset products and services
Offer advice on compliance with US and international laws and regulations
Support the development and implementation of legal processes to increase effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree and active law license in at least one state in good standing
5+ years of experience as in-house counsel advising product teams or leading regulatory coverage
Passion for financial technology and experience covering cryptocurrency or blockchain matters
Familiarity with the AML/CFT regulatory environment for digital assets globally
Experience working in a regulated environment or with governmental entities
