Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal support to product and engineering teams, ensuring compliance with laws and crafting risk mitigation solutions
• Scale the product counseling function by designing and implementing processes for legal review in product development
• Support marketing functions by reviewing communications and materials related to product launches and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 7-10 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm and in-house
• Experience in a fast-paced, remote-first, global tech company; B2B SaaS experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of consumer protection laws and/or global data privacy laws
• Builder mentality with a collaborative approach to working across the organization
