A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Product & Commercial

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support for product development, distribution, and sales
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts
• Offer practical and business-oriented legal advice to internal teams

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, ad tech, or technology law
• Working knowledge of online media, data analytics, and data privacy law
• Experience negotiating complex contracts involving data products and software
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor degree required
