A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel, Product and Digital.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for product development, distribution, and sales, ensuring appropriate contractual terms
• Assess product features and initiatives to identify legal issues and ensure compliance with regulations
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various commercial contracts related to data and technology

Required Qualifications

• 8 or more years of experience in digital media, digital advertising, or technology law
• Extensive knowledge of online communications and connected devices
• Experience with data processing teams and related technologies
• Solid understanding of AI products and associated legal issues
• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor degree; a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is a plus
