Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel, Product and Digital.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for product development, distribution, and sales, translating legal, business, and technical concepts
• Assess product features and initiatives to identify legal issues, protect intellectual property rights, and ensure compliance
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts related to data, technology, and media

Required Qualifications

• 8 or more years of experience in digital media, advertising, data analytics, or technology law
• Extensive knowledge of online communications and connected devices
• Experience with data processing teams and related legal issues
• Solid understanding of AI products and associated legal matters
• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor degree; a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is a plus
