Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Regulatory & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on healthcare regulatory issues and assist in product design and launch within compliance frameworks
• Serve as a legal advisor on privacy and data governance, ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy laws and global privacy frameworks
• Support regulatory and compliance frameworks, assess risk areas, and contribute to compliance certifications and audits

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in healthcare regulatory, privacy, product counseling, and compliance
• J.D. from a top-tier law school with admission to at least one U.S. state bar
• Experience advising on U.S. healthcare regulatory matters and familiarity with privacy laws
• Demonstrated experience in advising on digital health products and the legal implications of AI/ML
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic legal advice
