Senior Counsel, Rentals
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Rentals to provide legal support for its Rentals business.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the legal point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned scope, supporting all aspects of the product development lifecycle
- Embed with business partners to provide strategic legal counsel for special projects and initiatives
- Analyze legislative changes impacting assigned products and draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7+ years of relevant experience as product counsel in a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably in tech
- JD with active state bar admission
- Experience with licensing, intellectual property, and commercial agreements
- Experience in marketing, data, and consumer protection laws
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and develop innovative solutions
