Senior Counsel Specialist

Job Summary

To leverage deep expertise in a specialized legal field, the full-time or part-time Senior Counsel Specialist will advise clients on regulatory matters, enhance institutional knowledge through reviewing agreements and developing training materials, while contributing to a collaborative and innovative legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on specialty matters, providing guidance that reflects current law and seasoned judgment
• Review and negotiate agreements with regulatory or compliance dimensions
• Develop training materials and lead sessions for other attorneys on relevant subject matter

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• Deep experience in one of the specified verticals, ideally with a track record in top-tier firms or regulatory agencies
• Strong enthusiasm for teaching and knowledge-sharing within the legal community
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory issues clearly and practically
• Comfortable collaborating with attorneys across various experience levels
