Senior Counsel - State Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to support its inbound, procurement, and sourcing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various procurement-related agreements to protect the company's interests
• Ensure compliance with open source licensing requirements and applicable laws
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal and business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 5+ years of commercial legal experience, with a blend of law firm and in-house experience
• Strong experience in drafting and managing professional services and SaaS agreements
• Experience with technology companies, particularly in cybersecurity, is a plus
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices is a plus
