Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with privacy and AI laws, advising corporate departments on related issues
• Lead legal initiatives and oversee the development of team processes and policies
• Supervise and mentor legal team members, assisting in training and recruitment

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Seven or more years of related work experience
• Member in good standing of at least one State Bar or the District of Columbia Bar
• Experience in domestic and global privacy laws and frameworks
• CIPP/US or CIPP/E Certification preferred
