Senior Counsel, Vendor Management

Job Summary

Senior Counsel, Vendor Management is a full-time position responsible for negotiating vendor contracts and providing strategic legal support to the Procurement team, while working remotely from Boston, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate complex health insurance and commercial agreements
• Provide strategic advice and serve as a trusted partner to the Procurement team
• Improve vendor contracting processes and assess AI tools for contract management

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience as a contracting attorney in the healthcare industry
• Understanding of corporate law and contract drafting
• Experience with contract management systems
• Dynamic team player thriving in a fast-paced environment
