Senior Counselor for BIFAD Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counselor for the BIFAD Support Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high quality, timely, and budget-compliant project activities and deliverables
• Facilitate communication and learning through administrative, logistical, technical, and engagement support
• Strategically advise BIFAD and the USAID BIFAD Secretariat, and oversee expanded engagement and outreach strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in international development, public administration, or a related field in agricultural sciences, or 10 years of equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in working with universities, building relationships with research stakeholders, strategic planning and management, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and strategic engagement and outreach
• Proficient and fluent in written and spoken English
• Current U.S. work authorization
