Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Senior Coupa Administrator will manage, maintain, and enhance the Coupa environment remotely, ensuring system integrity and efficient procurement operations while supporting end-users across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and configure the Coupa system, including users, workflows, and reports, while ensuring compliance with best practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, developing training materials and conducting sessions to enhance user adoption
- Ensure data integrity between Coupa and ERP systems, implementing security policies and performing regular audits for compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-4+ years of experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms such as Coupa or equivalent systems
- Understanding of P2P principles, including requisitioning, PO generation, and invoice processing
- Experience with AP automation, including e-invoicing and supplier networks
- Coupa Platform certification preferred, with additional certifications in Supplier Information Management and Coupa Pay as a plus
