Senior CPIC Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a federal agency's IT Portfolio Management function, the remote Senior CPIC Analyst will develop business cases, analyze investment data, and ensure compliance with CPIC processes for an IT portfolio valued at approximately $1 billion annually.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and validate business cases and investment artifacts to support investment health and performance reviews
• Analyze spend plan and contract data to align investment projects with portfolio objectives
• Communicate with IT and business stakeholders to capture information and produce high-quality work products

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of CPIC experience supporting federal programs
• Demonstrated ability to develop CPIC artifacts including business cases and investment charters
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and the Acquisition Approval Request (AAR) process
• Familiarity with OCIO investment health scoring and corrective action processes
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, SharePoint, and federal data management tools
