Senior CPQ Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To ensure quality and client satisfaction during CPQ implementations, the hybrid Senior CPQ Implementation Consultant will lead discovery workshops, create solution designs, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops and develop user stories and estimates for CPQ implementations
• Identify and resolve project bottlenecks while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support teams
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of trust and innovation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading CPQ implementations
• In-depth knowledge of ERP manufacturing systems such as Dynamics 365 or SAP
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, business process mapping, and system integrations
• Proficiency in English (C1) and German (C2)
• A proactive mindset focused on results and continuous learning
