Senior CPQ Manager
Job Summary
Owning the DealHub CPQ platform in a fully remote capacity, the Senior CPQ Manager will configure product catalogs, pricing rules, and approval workflows while managing platform enhancements and serving as the primary system administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage DataBank's product catalog, pricing rules, and approval workflows within DealHub, ensuring accuracy and readiness for go-live
- Oversee the DealHub platform post-launch, driving continuous improvement and managing the enhancement backlog
- Serve as the primary liaison between various business units, translating needs into effective CPQ solutions and optimizing the quote-to-cash process
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on CPQ experience, including at least 12 months of post-go-live ownership
- Proven expertise in configuring product catalogs, complex pricing models, and guided selling flows within major CPQ platforms
- Strong understanding of the full Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process from opportunity creation through revenue recognition
- Working knowledge of SQL and REST APIs related to CPQ configuration and integration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
