Required Qualifications

• 5 years of development experience, including 2 years in a Senior Creative role
• Strong understanding of interactive experience development methodologies and tools
• Experience as a contributor on multiple shipped products in game development
• Bachelor's degree in a creative field or equivalent experience
• Appreciation for Disney's intellectual properties and ability to inspire creativity in others
