• 5-10+ years of agency or in-house experience with a strong portfolio
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members
• Experience in culture, lifestyle, branding, and communications
• Entrepreneurial spirit with initiative to propose new ideas
• Experience with politics and non-profits is an asset
