Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Creative Director - W2 Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the visual redesign of the client's customer-facing website and digital brand experience
Collaborate with C-Suite stakeholders to execute strategic vision through visual design
Mentor a distributed team of designers and UI/UX developers while managing creative timelines and deliverables

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Creative Direction, UI/UX Design, or a related senior design discipline
Expert-level portfolio showcasing commercial website design and digital brand identity
Proven experience presenting to and collaborating with executive-level stakeholders
Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
Strong understanding of web design principles and WCAG 2.1+ accessibility standards
