Job Summary
As the founding Senior Creative Director in a new Marketing Creative pod, this full-time remote or hybrid position will manage AI-powered marketing production, drive rapid testing for revenue generation, and establish creative standards across various channels.
Key responsibilities
- Build and oversee the marketing production pipeline, transforming single concepts into multiple channel-native variants
- Utilize data-driven insights to conduct rapid testing across channels, linking creative output to revenue performance
- Establish and uphold creative quality standards, ensuring all outputs meet the defined benchmarks regardless of production method
Required qualifications
- Expertise in modern AI creative and copy tools, with a focus on developing repeatable workflows
- Strong strategic discernment and the ability to evaluate and select the best creative concepts for testing
- Proven experience in building and managing creative teams, fostering talent, and leveraging AI systems
- Solid background in art direction or copywriting, with proficiency in the complementary area
- Fluency in performance marketing across various channels, with the ability to integrate data into creative direction
