Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Creative Lead to oversee the production of digital assets for various brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop performance-driven creative strategies and concepts, and execute them through copy and design
  • Produce strong visual systems and compelling copy across various formats while managing the creative workflow from briefing to delivery
  • Curate and elevate creative output, ensuring consistency and quality across channels while adapting to platform shifts and audience behaviors
Required Qualifications
  • 5-6 years of experience in concepting, creating, and producing paid assets, preferably in performance-driven social
  • Expert-level knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
  • Experience in managing creative output at scale, including delegating tasks and providing feedback
  • Understanding of the production side of design for both digital and print formats
  • Strong design sensibility with a refined eye for layout, composition, typography, and motion
