Job Summary
To shape the future of the brand, the full-time Senior Creative Lead will lead the creative vision and expression across various brand touchpoints, managing a small team and collaborating with freelancers in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP, Brand & Communications to modernize the visual identity of Degreed across all touchpoints
- Act as the lead creative and art director for major brand initiatives, simplifying complex topics into engaging visual stories
- Build and implement proactive creative operations, managing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in creative direction and brand development
- Strong background in managing small creative teams and executing multi-channel campaigns
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in creative workflows
- Experience in B2B environments, particularly in technology or learning sectors
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear visual narratives
