Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative operations, performance marketing, or production in a fast-moving digital or DTC environment
• Deep familiarity with AI and creative automation tools
• Strong project and resource management skills
• Understanding of B2C app business metrics and funnel operations
• High sense of ownership and proactivity in driving results
