Job Summary
To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Senior Creative Producer will manage the end-to-end creative process for performance-driven advertising across various platforms, leveraging AI tools and collaborating closely with media and growth teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Concept and produce performance creative from ideation to delivery across paid social and emerging channels
- Elevate visual quality and storytelling to enhance brand perception while ensuring creative performance
- Translate performance data into actionable creative direction and manage agency and production partners
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in performance-driven creative production, preferably with experience at a performance media agency or DTC company
- Proven track record of producing high-performing creative for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV
- Strong understanding of creative elements that drive performance, including hooks and CTAs
- Fluency in video editing and ability to create polished ads quickly
- Experience with AI tools to enhance production workflows and creative output
