Job Summary
To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Senior Creative Producer will own the end-to-end creative lifecycle, concepting and producing performance-driven ads across various platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Concept and produce performance creative from ideation to delivery across paid social and emerging channels
- Elevate visual quality and storytelling in all assets to enhance brand perception while driving performance
- Translate performance data into creative direction, collaborating with media and growth teams to optimize ad effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in performance-driven creative production, ideally at a performance media agency or in-house growth team
- Proven track record of producing high-performing creative for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV
- Strong understanding of performance creative elements, including hooks, pacing, and effective CTAs
- Fluency in video editing, capable of quickly cutting and iterating ads to maintain a premium look
- Experience with AI tools to enhance production efficiency and creative output quality
