Key responsibilities
- Proactively develop and produce premium original video franchises and programming designed to drive audience growth
- Own the creative process from concept through delivery, including all phases of production
- Collaborate with show producers to enhance existing programming and develop new content ideas
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience producing original digital video for media or production companies
- Proven track record of creating compelling programming and video concepts across various digital platforms
- Expertise in producing, shooting, and editing content in both field and studio environments
- Strong understanding of social media and YouTube best practices, audience retention, and content packaging
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and hands-on production skills with various equipment
