Manage and mentor a small team of junior designers, ensuring they have the support needed to succeed

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in creative operations, performance marketing, or production in a fast-moving digital environment
Deep familiarity with AI and creative automation tools
Strong project and resource management skills
Familiarity with B2C app business metrics and understanding of funnels
