Job Summary
Managing creative operations for a dynamic marketing team, the full-time Senior Creative Project Manager will oversee project workflows, resource management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end creative operations, including intake, scoping, prioritization, and traffic management
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning for the creative team, balancing workloads effectively
- Coordinate planning and production for creative initiatives, including video and photo shoots, while tracking marketing budgets and deliverables
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in creative operations, traffic management, or marketing project management
- Hands-on experience managing creative team workflows and resource planning
- Strong prioritization skills with sound judgment on project urgency
- Working knowledge of project management practices, including risk management and scheduling
- Experience using Asana for project management and workflow improvements
