• Proven experience recruiting for specialized and niche creative skill sets
• Strong sourcing expertise across various platforms
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
• Prior experience in eCommerce, digital agencies, entertainment, media, or consumer brands preferred
