Job Summary
To support a growing global manufacturing SaaS company, the full-time remote Senior Creative Specialist will own the inbound sales cycle, guiding leads through their production journey while nurturing long-term client relationships and managing a high-volume pipeline with precision.
Key responsibilities
- Consult and close inbound sales by guiding leads through their production journey and positioning the company as a premier sourcing option
- Nurture and manage a healthy book of repeat accounts to turn initial buyers into long-term partners
- Maintain a high-volume pipeline in Pipedrive with disciplined sales cadences and accurate CRM management
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of recent, quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in Account Executive or consultative Inside Sales roles
- Proven track record of handling high-volume inbound leads in an SMB, tech, or service-based environment
- Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills with a high-energy video presence
- High proficiency with CRM workflows, particularly in Pipedrive, and managing structured email sequences
- Interest in apparel, custom products, or manufacturing, with basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator being a significant advantage
