Job Summary

Owning the inbound sales cycle, the full-time Senior Creative Specialist will manage high-volume opportunities, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely during US business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Consult and close inbound leads, guiding them through their production journey and addressing objections
  • Build and manage a book of repeat accounts to foster long-term partnerships beyond initial sales
  • Maintain a high-volume pipeline in Pipedrive with precision and discipline, ensuring effective CRM practices
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of recent, quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in Inside Sales or Account Executive roles
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume inbound leads in a tech or service-based environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, with a high-energy video presence
  • High proficiency with CRM workflows, particularly Pipedrive, and structured email sequences
  • Interest in apparel, custom products, or manufacturing, with basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator being a plus
