Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to lead the development of performance-driven creative strategies across paid social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Evolve creative strategy frameworks based on performance feedback and translate data into actionable creative briefs
- Lead the development of creative briefs and ensure alignment with performance goals and brand voice
- Own ideation and execution of UGC-style ad concepts, guiding editors and sourcing creators for specific campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DTC, paid social creative strategy, and/or UGC strategy
- Proven track record of developing high-performing paid social creative
- Deep understanding of UGC-style content and platform-native trends
- Experience owning creative strategy, with a strong ability to connect performance data to creative decisions
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment
