Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to lead the development of performance-driven creative strategies across paid social channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evolve creative strategy frameworks based on performance feedback and translate data into actionable creative briefs
  • Lead the development of creative briefs and ensure alignment with performance goals and brand voice
  • Own ideation and execution of UGC-style ad concepts, guiding editors and sourcing creators for specific campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in DTC, paid social creative strategy, and/or UGC strategy
  • Proven track record of developing high-performing paid social creative
  • Deep understanding of UGC-style content and platform-native trends
  • Experience owning creative strategy, with a strong ability to connect performance data to creative decisions
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment
