Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to lead performance-driven creative strategy across paid social channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and evolve creative strategy frameworks for paid social acquisition based on performance feedback
  • Lead the creation of high-quality creative briefs for internal teams and external creators, ensuring alignment with performance goals and brand voice
  • Analyze creative performance and use data to refine strategies and improve ROI across various formats


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in DTC, paid social creative strategy, and/or UGC strategy
  • Proven track record of developing high-performing paid social creative
  • Deep understanding of UGC-style content and platform-native trends (TikTok, Meta)
  • Experience in owning creative strategy and connecting performance data to creative decisions
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, iterative environment
